1. All high resolution files are supplied for your personal use only. If you runout or distribute the files to your family and friends please ask them to pay for the extra use. I won’t check up on you, I’m just asking you to be fair.

2. The quality of the print will depend on your printer and the settings you use, you may need to experiment to get the best results.

3. Files sent to a third party for print purposes are done so at your own risk. We cannot be held liable for costs incurred due to incorrect printing by third party printers. You should ensure that the printer is happy that they can provide a good quality print at the size you require from the file supplied.

4. All files are supplied with a digital signature and copyright. Please ensure these appear on the print.

5. If you would like to add to or adjust the files for your own use/fun please ensure the signature and copyright only relate to my work. After all, you’ll want credit for your own work!

6. Files can be supplied to a commercial printer for a one-off print strictly for your own personal use. Any other usage will breach copyright.

7. Any contact details given by you to Laura Davies Art is strictly for the purposes you specify. No information will ever be passed onto third parties unless requested by you.

8. I reserve the right to change content and prices without prior notification.

9. Artworks are reproduced for the web to a high quality, however colours and appearance may vary slightly from the originals.
